Global Village

The mission of Global Village is hospitality and dialogue. The purpose of Global Village is to increase social responsibility, peace and justice. Open, warm and welcoming to people of all ages and to organizations regardless of affiliation, race, creed or religion, Global Village provides a meeting place, catering, coffee, tea, technology, music, travel, training and an art gallery with plenty of free parking.

Located at 508 Jackson St., St. Paul, MN 55101, we now have an event and work space open to all

The Lift Kids Global Village is central to our mission and key to our collaboration with the New American (immigrant) community in the Twin Cities. It is an opportunity for events, fund-raising, art gallery and relationship building and can accomodate desks for at least 4 full-time or part time volunteers. It will be our center for Eco-volunteers. It is essential that we create a spirit of Volunteering and Community. We believe that the Global Community House will help us attract and retain talent. Please look at this as a kind of Lift Kids Village Experiment right in the Twin Cities. An example of the hospitality one would find as a eco-volunteer to one of our villages.

The Lift Kids Global Village is intended to help us create local relationships that can make a global impact. It gives the community an opportunity to get to know us and fund one of our projects, locally. This is a central place in the Twin Cities where relationships from across the globe will unite and take action as one.

Global Village is a sustainable Global Village emphasizing youth education, social entrepreneurialism and empowerment.
