Joseph Barrett is a leader in consulting and training whose career has been built upon long-standing service relationships with Global Fortune 500 companies. He has held senior corporate and investment banking positions with Citigroup, Société Générale and GE Capital. Throughout his career, Joseph has served a variety of client organizations, including Shell Oil, Philips, Volkswagen, Sony and many other global firms.

Joseph founded consulting and merchant banking firms, Infinity Associates Ltd., Zeus International Capital Corporation and Strategea, Inc. with headquarters in Paris, Athens and St. Paul. His clients have included Dow Trading, Warner Lambert, and MBF, a diversified Malaysian conglomerate. Joseph’s work experience has taken him to over 25 countries.

Joseph earned a B.S. in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, School of Foreign Service and an M.S in international affairs from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques at the Université d’Aix-Marseille. He is a part-time professor of Strategy, Finance and International Due Diligence within MBA programs at several universities in Minnesota.

As the President and Founder of Lift Kids, Inc. Joseph is building upon his life-long passion for the alleviation of poverty and the spread of peace, by dedicating himself, full-time, to children and social enterprise on a global scale.
